'Classic' Package - Garden, Outdoor and Beach Weddings

Our 'Classic' package includes the essentials you need to start planning your special day. These essentials include:

• 20 x white folding Gladiator guest chairs
• 10 metres of red aisle runner
• Wrought iron Antique White registry table and 2 chairs
• Set up & removal of all items

 'Blissful' Package - Garden, Outdoor and Beach Weddings

Our 'Blissful' package includes the essentials plus a few extras you need to start planning your special day. These essentials include:

• 1 x Natural Seagrass, White or Red Carpet Aisle Runner
• Scattered rose petals along your aisle
• 2 x white bali flags / bamboo teepees with floral arrangement

'Eternity' Package - for Self Starters

If you are planning to organise your own wedding and don't know where to start, then we can set you off on the right foot. In this package we can:

• provide a 1.5 hour consultation to listen to your wedding questions and concerns
• provide you with a list of suitable, competitively priced and recommended suppliers and organisations who you may contact and who will be able to assist you with the essentials of your wedding
• this contact list will be limited to suppliers or organisations who can help you with your church venue, garden wedding venue, celebrants, reception venue, catering, decorating, transport provision, flowers, photography, wedding cakes, invitations, stationery, wedding dresses, wedding suits, beauty and make up requirements, entertainment and general wedding accessory shops where you may be able to purchase items essential to your wedding
• it will then be up to you to obtain quotes from these suppliers and organisations for your wedding needs and for you to plan and coordinate your wedding
• Further assistance can be provided by us at the rate of $55.00 per hour.

This is a great starter package for those who want to plan and coordinate their own wedding, but are not quite sure where to start or how to go about contacting wedding service providers.

'Eternity' Package Cost: $240.00

'Contemporary' Package - Venues and Receptions Package

Perhaps you already have your wedding plans generally in place, but would like someone to coordinate the smaller details of the wedding and reception venue. We can help you out. This is what we can do:

• procure your selected wedding venue
• organise the minister of your wedding venue; or
• organise your selected celebrant
• organise the selected decorations for your wedding venue
• organise the clean up of your wedding venue
• procure your selected reception venue
• organise the selected decorations of your reception venue
• organise the clean up of your reception venue 

'Contemporary' Package Cost: $500.00

You can enhance this 'Contemporary' Package with a number of options and add-ons to make the work of planning and coordinating your wedding even easier. These options and add-ons include:

This 'Contemporary' Package does not include helping you to select a wedding or reception venue, or your caterers. This package assumes that you have already selected your desired wedding and reception venue, and your caterers. If you haven't already done this, we can give you assistance and guidance with these selections (based on our experience and contacts in the industry) by providing you with research and knowledge of three wedding venues and three reception venues with caterers. We will also contact these venues to ascertain their availability, indicative costs and any other relevant information, and provide this to you so you are able to make a final selection. 

The cost to provide this additional service is $200.

'Elegance' Package - Venue Decorations Package

We can also help you out to elegantly decorate your wedding and reception venues with some amazing concepts that you can see in our gallery. Decorations can transform your venues into a 'Never Never Land' experience that will long be remembered by your family, friends and guests, but especially by you. Capture your guests hearts and enhance the serenity and beauty of your wedding day with some wonderful wedding decorations.

The 'Elegance' Package costs are based on a standard guest table seating of eight and an eight seat wedding table. This is what we will provide:

• Linen table cloth
• Glass centrepiece with flower decoration
• Underlay to glass centrepiece
• Table number
• Guest name tags in front of seats

Wedding Table

There are many things you can do to enhance your wedding or reception venue to make it so special. These are provided to you as Options and Add-Ons, and they include:

There are many, many beautiful and elegant options that you can choose to decorate your wedding and reception venue into a memorable experience. If you are having trouble, we are able to design the decorations to your wedding venue for $80 and to your reception venue for $140. This design will include a brief hand drawn layout and some concept ideas and perspectives regarding the decorations to each venue.

'Diamond' Package - Wedding Day Coordination

Wedding days can be very busy. Perhaps you just need someone to make sure everything runs smoothly, someone who can iron over the inevitable last minute bumps, and someone who can relieve you of your worry and concern that everything will go ok. We can help you out with our 'Diamond' package. We will take charge of your special day to ensure everything goes just as you have planned. We will look after your ceremony plans, your reception plans, your decorations and caterers. We will make sure your photographer knows what to do and what you want, that your transport is on time, that your gifts are looked after.You can have the comfort that we are working in the background to make sure your wedding day runs very smoothly and to order. In our 'Diamond' package you receive the services of our special Wedding Coordinator for the whole of your wedding day.

'Ultimate Gold' Package - Full Wedding Planning

Perhaps you would like someone to look after the total planning and coordination of your wedding. This provides for us to plan and coordinate (in conjunction with you) your special day by using your personally devoted and very professional Wedding Specialist. Our 'Ultimate Gold' Package includes the coordination of the following:
